Is your coffee fresh?+
We roast to order and ship within 48 hours of payment. Coffee is at its best in the weeks after roasting, so you always get a fresh bag, never old stock.
Where do you ship?+
Across Italy and all of Europe: every EU country, plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Serbia. Shipping to China and the USA is coming soon.
How much does shipping cost?+
It is calculated by destination and parcel weight and shown before payment. One fee covers a weight band, so ordering more, or several bundles together, ships as one parcel at the same rate.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?+
Within the EU, no. For non-EU destinations any customs or duties are paid to the carrier on arrival, they vary by country and are never charged at checkout.

How can I pay?+
